Corporate Structure
The StratXX Group structure is controlled by StratXX Holding AG. StratXX Holding AG will fully own the following subsidiaries:
StratXX IPR Management GmbH
owns and manages the Group’s patents, brands and other IPRs
StratXX Nearspace AG
responsible for client relationship management, HAPS operations and maintenance, asset finance and management
StratXX Nearspace Engineering AG
responsible for R&D into stratosphere technologies and applications, engineering, testing and manufacturing
StratXX Governmental Services
responsible for managing relationships with StratXX’s governmental clients
